10. Additional Scoring
All scoring settings not specifically listed in this constitution will follow the official live scoring settings published in Sleeper before the season begins.
Those settings should be treated as the official source of truth for passing, receiving, kicking, D/ST, touchdowns, yardage, and any bonus categories not specifically listed here.
11. Waivers
- Waiver System: Standard waivers
- The live Sleeper waiver settings control waiver timing, claim priority, free agent availability, and dropped player handling.
- Owners are expected to understand and follow the platform settings.
12. Trades
- Trades Allowed: Yes
- Trade Review: League vote
League members are expected to use trade voting responsibly and in good faith. Trades should be judged based on league integrity, not simply because owners value players differently.
The exact voting threshold and review timeline will follow Sleeper settings unless otherwise announced before the season begins.
13. Regular Season & Playoffs
- Playoff Teams: 6
- Top 2 Seeds: First-round byes
Playoff seeding and tiebreakers will follow the live Sleeper settings unless otherwise announced before the season begins.
The league champion will be determined by the official playoff outcome on Sleeper.
14. Lineup Expectations
Owners are expected to set a legal, competitive lineup every week.
Lineup neglect includes:
- failing to set a lineup
- leaving inactive players in starting lineup spots
- failing to replace players who are clearly unavailable when reasonable active options exist
Because Gridiron Stampede is designed to be competitive and active, repeated lineup neglect may be treated as harmful to league integrity.
15. Inactivity, Abandonment & Removal
An owner may be removed for:
- repeated inactivity
- abandonment
- repeated failure to set legal lineups
- repeatedly leaving inactive players in the starting lineup
- collusion
- conduct that harms league integrity
If an owner is removed or becomes inactive to a degree that threatens league competitiveness, the commissioner may appoint a replacement owner.
16. LeagueSafe & Transparency
Gridiron Stampede uses LeagueSafe as league treasurer.
- entry fees are collected through LeagueSafe
- payouts are distributed through LeagueSafe
- owners can view payment status and league funds through LeagueSafe
Gridiron Stampede is also built on rule transparency and payout transparency. Owners should have clear access to the rules, payout structure, and official league setup before the season begins.
17. Commissioner Authority
The commissioner’s role is to protect league integrity, enforce rules, and maintain league operations.
- enforce this constitution
- resolve issues not specifically covered here
- correct obvious administrative or platform errors
- replace inactive or abandoned owners if needed to protect the league
- communicate rulings necessary to preserve fairness and league function
18. Platform Defaults
If a rule is not specifically covered in this constitution:

- the commissioner may issue a clarification if needed
- any clarification should match the spirit of fairness, transparency, competition, and active participation

By joining Gridiron Stampede and paying through LeagueSafe, each owner agrees to follow this constitution, follow the live Sleeper settings, compete in good faith, remain active, respect league integrity, and accept commissioner enforcement when applied fairly and transparently.
